Enjoy 8 weeks of Balance and Body Awareness beginner progressions. This is a nice preparation for our Intermediate and later, advanced programs. The aim of this program is to improve your posture, balance and the efficiency of your seat and aids in the saddle.

If you are returning to exercise, recovering from injury or have a medical condition please talk to your health care provider before commencing.
