I am a mobile physiotherapist, providing convenient, high quality physiotherapy care in the comfort of your own home. I am based in Denman and regularly see clients throughout Muswellbrook, Scone and Merriwa.

I treat a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological and post-surgical conditions, with particular area of interest in equestrian-specific physiotherapy and exercise, spinal conditions and knee injuries.

My approach to physiotherapy is compassionate, evidence-0based and centred around you. I work with each client to develop an individualised, goal-orientated treatment plan designed to support recovery, improve function and help you get back to doing the things that you enjoy.

I use a range of treatment modalities alongside targeted exercise and education to provide comprehansive care tailored to your needs.

Virtual physiotherapy is a convenient and effective option for people who can't access in-person appointments due to location, work, family commitments or busy schedules.

Consultations are conducted online, allowing you to receive personalised guidance and support from the comfort from the comfort of your own home.

Virtual consultations are ideal for:

• Exercise-based rehabilitation

• Individualised gym or home exercise programs

• End-stage rehabilitation and return to sport

• Equestrian strength and conditioning
